This project involved an interior fit-out for the new offices of this Cleveland-based national graphic design firm. Set in the top floor of a historic warehouse building near Cleveland's Chinatown, this project is a prime example of the spatial drama and superb functionality that can be accomplished on a shoestring budget. Allowed only a few design moves because of the financial constraints, we used utilitarian materials in unconventional ways to create an energetic, efficient workplace. As the Architect, we coordinated design, bidding and construction of the project, freeing the owner to focus attention on the daily operations of his business.
